【摘要】 目的 探讨经内镜下术中、术后应用半导体激光预防鼻内翻性乳头状瘤切除后复发的临床疗效。方法 A组22例内翻性乳头状瘤病例采用内镜手术，术中及术后应用半导体激光治疗；B组20例仅在内镜下手术，未做激光治疗。结果 经10～24个月随访，A组15例治愈，5例随访中治愈，2例复发，总治愈率90.91%，明显高于B组。结论 经内镜下术中、术后结合半导体激光治疗，对预防内翻性乳头状瘤复发具有手术安全、痛苦小、术后复发率低等优点。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinic curative effect in the inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses under endoscopic surgery and after surgery employed diode(805/810/940 nm)laser.Methods A group:22 cases of inverted papilloma in endoscopic surgery and after performed with diode(810nm)laser.B group:20 cases in same treatment without the laser.Results The clinical effect of A group 15 patients was successful with the follow-up of 10 to 24 months.5 cases in 7 recurrence of the inverted papilloma cured by laser in follow-up.The success rate was observed in 90.91% and in evidence higher than B group.Conclusion The advantage of the nasal endoscopy surgery combining the irradiation of semiconductor laser on patients with inverting papilloma in nasal cavity and sinus was a safe and effective treatment and dissection lesions thorough.This procedure was led to a decreased recurrence rate. ......
