【摘要】 目的 分析内镜鼻窦术后的处理对手术疗效的影响，找到术后最佳处理方法，以缩短术后恢复周期、减少复发。方法 对248例鼻窦炎患者术后用药、处理，采用不同填塞物填塞、换药及术后随访观察。结果 在术后1年发现术腔粘连5例，占2.0%；术腔有脓性分泌物6例，占2.4%；鼻息肉复发3例，占1.2%；术腔未上皮化1例，占0.4%。结论 术后正确处理、用药填塞物选择、定期合理鼻内镜换药、随访，是获得手术远期最佳疗效的重要保证。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness on different approaches after endoscopic sinus surgery so as to find the optimal way,shorten the recovery term and lower the rate of recurrence.Methods 248 chronic sinusitis patients who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery were observed according to the differences of medication,packing and the term of endoscopic following-up.Results 6 cases out of 248 were found with purulent secretion,5 with intranasal adhesion,3 with relapse of polyp,1 unepithelization.The rate was 2.2%,2.1%,1.2% and 0.2%,respectively.Conclusion The best effectiveness of endoscopic sinus surgery relevantly based on the proper medication,packing regular endoscopical treatment and follow-up. ......
