【摘要】目的评价CT导向肺癌组织间125I粒子植入治疗肺癌的临床价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的肺癌27例，其中中心型肺癌16例，周围型肺癌8例，肺癌肺转移3例。27例患者共有病灶33处，平均直径为31 cm。CT导向下经皮穿刺肺癌组织间植入125I粒子。结果粒子植入2个月后复查：CR 20个，PR 8个，NC 4个，PD 1个，总有效率为848%。2个月时随访，粒子移位2例(1 粒/例)，粒子丢失 1 例(4粒)。结论CT导向肺癌组织间125I粒子植入治疗肺癌近期临床疗效显著，是一种微创、安全、高效的治疗肺癌的新方法。【关键词】肺肿瘤;碘放射性同位素;介入放射学;近距离放射疗法

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo appraise the clinical value of the method to treat lung cancer,which plant 125I granuleinside cancer with CT guiding.MethodsThere were 27 cases of lung cancer that proved by pathology examination,among them 16 cases of lung cancer were central type,8 cases were peripheral,and 3 cases are metastasis from lung cancer otherwhere.There're 33 focuses in all 27 patients.
