【摘要】 目的 根据门静脉高压症病人不同情况，选择不同手术方法进行个体化的治疗。 方法 前瞻性的选择门静脉高压症病人，视入院前出血次数、量，再出血倾向及彩色多普勒、MRA检查门静脉系，下腔静脉系血管情况，进行个体化的手术治疗。有喷门周围血管离断术(PCDV)、脾肾分流术(SRS)、肠腔分流术(MCS)、脾腔分流术(SCS)，测定手术前后门静脉压力。 结果 分流组手术后压力与PCDV手术后压力下降差异有显著意义;而分流组中不同术式之间差异无显著意义。 结论 提出了门静脉高压症个体化治疗概念。还探讨手术后并发症发生的可能性。
