v【摘要】 目的 探讨颅脑损伤患者高血糖与预后的关系。方法 将45例颅脑损伤患者按有无糖尿病病史分为两组，测其伤后24h内的血糖值，并追踪观察治疗6个月后的预后情况。结果 糖尿病组较非糖尿病组伤后血糖升高明显，两组患者的血糖也明显高于正常人；糖尿病组较非糖尿病组预后差(P<0.05)。结论 高血糖对颅脑外伤的预后发挥重要的作用，应密切监测颅脑损伤患者的血糖，努力控制高血糖，提高颅脑损伤患者的预后。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between hyperglycemia and prognosis of severe head in jury.Methods Forty five patients with severe head injury were divided into diabetes groups and non-diabetes according to medical record，measure blood glucose in 24h，the clinical outcome was observed in six months after treatments.Results BG in two groups was higher than the normal persons，there was a significantly higher BG and prognosis in the diabetes group (P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperglycemia play an important role to the prognosis after severe head injury ......
