【摘要】 目的 研究异构体组成不同的CLA对2型糖尿病小鼠血糖、糖耐受性和血液中糖化血红蛋白的影响。 方法 通过对饲喂高糖高脂饲料建立起来的肥胖型小鼠注射链脲佐菌素,建立2型糖尿病小鼠模型,给模型鼠分别喂食t10,c12-CLA:c9,t11-CLA比例为1.42和2.79的CLA36天,测定体重、摄食量、血糖、糖耐量和糖化血红蛋白指标。 结果 与对照组相比,两种t10,c12-CLA:c9,t11-CLA比例不同的CLA均能明显降低2型糖尿病小鼠的摄食量、体重、血糖和血液中糖化血红蛋白的含量(P<0.01),并提高葡萄糖耐受性;t10,c12-CLA:c9,t11-CLA比例为2.79的CLA较比例为1.42的CLA作用更为明显(P<0.05)。 结论 本研究为将CLA开发为功能食品或药品提供了实验依据。【关键词】 共轭亚油酸(CLA);2型糖尿病
