【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻内镜与柯-陆手术联合进路治疗鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的疗效。方法 对79例Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者施行鼻内镜加柯-陆手术联合进路手术治疗，彻底清除病灶。结果 术后随访6个月，治愈62例(78.5%)，好转11例(13.9%)，无效6例(7.6%)，总有效率92.4%。结论 对Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者，采用鼻内镜加柯-陆手术联合进路，可彻底清除上颌窦病变，防止复发。弥补了经鼻内镜鼻窦手术在处理上颌窦病变时存在的局限性。
