【摘要】 目的 通过人体试食实验，对牦牛皮胶进行改善营养性贫血的功效学研究。 方法 采用保健食品管理办法《中华人民共和国卫生部第46号令》中提供的实验方法，以Hb、FEP及SF指标进行实验评价。 结果与结论 表明牦牛皮胶对改善人体营养性贫血有一定功效，对贫血试食者体质有改善作用，并且无不良反应。

    【Abstract】 The yak-skin gelatin is produced from the fur of yak in Qinghai-tiabet plateau.It was taken a phar-macodynamic experiment for nutritional scarcely of blood in person，which according to the administrate law of healthy product ofMinistry of Public Health of the People's Republic of China.The result indicate it can improve the contents of Hb and SF，and reduce the content of FEP in blood，furthermore，it can improve the health of the tested persons and it was also security for eating.
