【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术对复发性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法 对23例(24眼)经皮鼻腔泪囊吻合术后复发的慢性泪囊炎患者，行鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术，术中去除瘢痕、肉芽组织及鼻科疾病等复发因素，术后给予留置硅胶管3～6个月。结果 术后8个月～2年随访，治愈20眼，占83.3%；好转3眼，占12.5%；无效1眼，占4.2%；有效率为958%。结论 鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗复发性泪囊炎损伤小，疗效满意。【关键词】 泪囊鼻腔造孔术；复发性泪囊炎；鼻内镜
Endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy for recurrent dacryocystitis

【Abstract】 Objective To confer the clinical effect of dacryocystorhinostomy in treating recurrent dacryocystitis by nasal endoscopy.Methods 23 cases(24 eyes) of recurrent dacryocystitis were underwent transnasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy,during which ule or granulation tissue and endonasal disease were gotten rid of.The supporter was retained in anastomitic opening for 3-6 months.Results After having been followed up 8-24 months,20 eyes(83.3%)were cured;3 eyes(12.5%)were improved;1 eye(4.2%)was failed.Conclusion This method is really effctive in treating recurrent dacryocystitis. ......
