【摘要】 目的 研究呼吸道异物的诊断与治疗方法。方法 220例呼吸道异物患者，194例在全麻下行呼吸道异物取出，26例在局麻下手术。结果 220例全部取出异物，无死亡病例。结论 呼吸道异物诊断应详细询问病史，全面肺部检查，结合X线表现综合分析，在鉴别呼吸道疾病时应考虑本病。全麻手术安全，成功率高。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and therapy of foreign bodies in the trachea and bronchi.Methods The therapy for 220 patients,to take one of the foreign bodies in the trachea and bronchi.194 patients in general anesthesia 26 patients in local anestheasis.

    Results Every patient has been cured,nobody died.Conclusion To diagnose should inquire the patient in detail,examine the lung circumstantially,relate to the represent of X-ray and analyze those comprehensively,when to identify the passage,should think for this case.In general anesthesia the operation is more safe and successful.
