【摘要】 目的 利用HPLC法检测琥珀安神丸中添加的地西泮 [1] 。 方法 采用C 18 柱，流动相为甲醇—水(70:30)，检测波长为254nm。 结果 供试品中检出地西泮。 结论 本方法简便、准确，为揭露打击此类在中成药中擅自添加西药成分的违法行为提供有力依据。
