慢性鼻窦炎患者血清特异性IgE的检测分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨IVT过敏原体外检测系统在诊治慢性鼻窦炎患者中所起的作用。方法 用IVT过敏原体外检测系统对36例慢性鼻窦炎患者的血清进行特异性IgE及过敏原的检测。结果 36例慢性鼻窦炎血清特异性IgE检测阳性率为6108%，过敏原阳性检出率为80.56%，最常见的吸入性过敏原为屋尘螨、粉尘螨、青霉等；食入性过敏原为41.67%，最常见的过敏原为牛奶、花生、大豆、蟹、虾等。大部分患者对2种以上的过敏原过敏。结论 慢性鼻窦炎与过敏原尤其是吸入性过敏原有关。血清特异性IgE可能在慢性鼻窦炎患者临床诊疗中起着作用，采用IVT过敏原体外检测系统检测血清特异性IgE及过敏原对慢性鼻窦炎临床诊断和治疗有一定的参考价值。【关键词】 慢性鼻窦炎；过敏原；特异性IgE
