摘 要：目的：观察肝络欣丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎、早期肝硬化的临床疗效。方法：肝络欣丸，12g/次，3次/d，3～6个月为一个疗程，治疗慢性乙型肝炎、早期肝硬化60例，并与随机抽取，以常规护肝药治疗30例肝硬化患者对照观察。结果：肝络欣丸治疗组临床症状改善明显，降低ALT、HA、LM、ⅣC、PCⅢ，与治疗前比较差异有显著性，与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。结论：肝络欣丸具有明显改善慢性乙型肝炎、早期肝硬化患者的临床症状，降低转氨酶，改善肝功能及抗肝纤维化的作用，对防止和治疗慢性肝炎肝硬化有较好的疗效。

    Clinic Effect on Chronic Hepatitis B Treated by Ganluoxin Pill

    Abstract Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Gan Luo xin Pill on chronic hepatitis B and early hepatocirrhosis. Method: 12 gram of Gan Luo xin pill, three times per day for 3 monthe to 6 months, 60 patients of chronic hepatitis B and early hepatocirrhosis were treated and compared with 30 patients, which were selected randomly and treated with routine protection liver drugs. Result: The Gan Luo xin pill group could improve the clinical syndromes of patients, decrease significantly serum ALT, HA, LM, ⅣC, PCⅢ, comparing to contrast group the differentiation had obviously significance, (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion: The results indicate that therapeutic method of Gan Luo xin pill may improve the clinical syndromes of chronic hepatitis B with early hepatocirrhosis, reduce aminopherase, regulate the liver's metabolic function, antifibrosis of liver, enhance the therapeutic effect to prevent and treat early hepatocirrhosis of chronic hepatitis B. ......
