摘 要：目的：探讨肾上腺皮质癌的诊断与治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析了19例肾上腺皮质癌患者的临床资料，本组19例，术前作B超(19例)、CT(17例)、IVP(6例)检查。均经手术治疗并经病理证实。结果：本组术前16例确诊，3例未确诊。其中B超及CT的确诊率分别为68.4%(13/19)、76.5%(13/17)。本组术后平均生存期31.3个月，3年生存率为15.8%(3/19)，5年生存率为11.8%(2/17)。结论：肾上腺皮质癌恶性程度高，影像学检查是确诊的关键；早期发现并行根治性切除手术是目前提高其生存率的唯一有效方法。
