摘 要：目的：探讨超声乳化白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术的方法、技巧及术中术后并发症的防治。方法：对37例(40眼)白内障行超声乳化摘出及人工晶状体植入。结果：术后1周矫正视力0.5以上27眼(67.5%)，1.0以上22眼(55%)，术后1月矫正视力0.5以上35眼(87.5 %)，1.0以上24眼(60%)，术后3月矫正视力0.5以上36眼(90%)，1.0以上25眼(62.5%)。术中主要并发症为后囊膜破裂和虹膜损伤，术后为角膜内皮水肿。结论：超声乳化术成功的关键在于手术者的手术方法和操作技巧。

    The Research of Phacomulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation

    Abstract:Objective:Evaluate surgical methods,techniques,prophylaxis and treatment of complication for phaco and the IOL implantation. Method:The surgery was performs on 40 eyes of 37 patients with cataract.Result:By the 7th postoperative day,the corrected vision of 0.5 or better was 27 eyes(67.5%),1.0 or better was 22 eyes(55%) .After 1 month,the corrected vision of 0.5 or better was 35 eyes(87.5%),1.0 or better 24 eyes(60%). After 3 months,the corrected vision of 0.5 or better was 36 eyes(90%),1.0 or better 25 eyes(62.5%).The rupure of posterior capsule and iris injury were main operative complications,postoperation were corneal endothelial opacity.Conclusion:The key to the success for phaco is the practised surgical methods and skill. ......
