【摘要】 目的 评价硬膜外麻醉前肌注咪唑安定对预防病人术中知晓的作用程度。 方法 160例硬膜外麻醉病人随机双盲分为两组:咪唑安定组(M组):咪唑安定0.1mg/kg。对照组(N组):0.9%NS2ml，麻醉前30min肌注。观察用药前后病人镇静情况，镇静分级，对麻醉和手术操作的遗忘程度、病人的心理状态。 结果 M组遗忘率为90%(72例);其中完全遗忘70%(56例)，不完全遗忘20%(16例)，不产生遗忘10%(8例)。而对照组(N组)遗忘率为15%(12例)，其中完全遗忘为2.5%(2例)，不完全遗忘12.5%(10例)，不产生遗忘85%(68例)。 结论 硬膜外麻醉前肌注咪唑安定可使病人对手术刺激产生确切的遗忘和无知晓的作用。
