【摘要】 乳腺癌为女性最常见的恶性肿瘤，发病率和死亡率均居女性癌症之首。乳腺癌的发病机制属多步骤性，科学家正努力寻找有关基因和蛋白质的编码，试图探知其生物印记。随着对乳腺癌细胞生长、增殖、分化、凋亡等分子机制的深入研究，增加了靶向治疗乳腺癌的可行性。另一方面，中国医学博大精深，源远流长，中医药辅助治疗乳腺癌可以充实现代医学，弥补其不足之处。本文就中西医理论阐述乳腺癌的病因病机及中西医结合治疗乳腺癌的机理，并就近年一些崭新的分子靶向诊疗作一介绍。

    【Abstract】 Breast cancer is a major cause for female morbidity and mortality worldwide.It possesses all the hall-marks of a multistep carcinogenesis.Scientists thus attempt to catalogue an extensive inventory of genes and proteins to establish a‘biosignature'profile of the disease.With the accumulative understanding of cancerous cellular growth，proliferation，differentiation and apoptosis，much more emerging targets are achievable for treatment.Using molecular technologies，it is now possible to identify some patients with an inherited risk of developing breast cancer，and to more accurately assess the prognosis of those who already have developed the disease.On the other hand ......
