【摘要】 目的 总结分析食管病变的内镜检查资料，为临床工作提供参考数据和诊疗取向。方法 2003年4月~2005年4月胃镜检查2084例，男1045例，女1039例。结果 食管病变492例，男259例，女233例，男女比例为1.1∶1，占23.6%，涉及20多个病种,Hp感染率57.3%。结论 地区性食管病变以炎症、裂孔疝、Barrett食管、息肉、异物、乳头状瘤、食管黏膜局灶性增生等为主。

    【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and analyze datum of the esophageal diseases by endoscope examine, give aid to reference and diagnosis or treatment practical datum for clinical work.Methods We examined 2084 patients by gastroscope examined from April 2003 to April 2005. And the men 1045 and 1039 of women.Results The esophageal diseases of 492 cases (the men 259 and 233 of women, the ratio of men to women was 1.1∶1), have 23.6%, more than 20 diseases. The rate of Hp infection was 57.3%.Conclusion The main illness of the esophageal changes in local is inflammation, hiatus hernia, Barrett’s esophagus, polyp, the foreign body, papilloma, and esophageal mucosal partly hyperplasia. ......
