【摘要】 目的 探讨胃癌、扁平糜烂性胃炎和隆起糜烂性胃炎三种病变中胃黏膜上皮细胞增殖和凋亡的变化。方法 采用免疫组化二步法检测细胞增殖指数，Tunnel技术测定细胞凋亡指数并比较其在胃癌和两种糜烂性胃炎中的差异。结果 糜烂性胃炎细胞凋亡指数明显高于胃癌组(P<0.01)，糜烂性胃炎细胞增殖指数明显低于胃癌组(P<0.01)。两种糜烂性胃炎间胃黏膜细胞的增殖和凋亡差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 胃癌组织中存在着细胞增殖和凋亡的失衡，胃癌的发生与胃黏膜上皮细胞增殖和凋亡失衡有关。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the cell proliferation and apoptosis changes in gastric carcinoma and erosive gastritis.Methods The cell proliferation index was detected with two-step immunohistochemistry,the cell apoptosis index was determined with Tunnel technology,and the difference between the index of gastric carcinoma and erosive gastritis was compared.Results The cell apoptosis index of two kinds of erosive gastritis was significantly higher than that of gastric carcinoma(P<0.01),the cell proliferation index in erosive gastritis was lower than that of gastric carcinoma(P<0.01),and the difference of the two indexes between the two kinds erosive gastritis had no significances(P>0.01).Conclusion There is disequilibrium in the tissue of gastric carcinoma,and the apoptosis and proliferation play some roles in the pathogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma. ......
