【摘要】目的探讨 Axis 侧块钛板和前路颈椎自锁钛板固定系统在治疗颈椎骨折脱位中的应用。方法回顾性分析颈椎骨折脱位后采用前后路联合手术治疗的患者 8 例。结果经该术式治疗 8 例患者均骨性融合，疗效可靠，无钛板螺钉松动或植骨块移位现象发生，术后无神经恶化，症状有不同程度的改善。结论前后路联合应用能立即重建颈椎的稳定性，有利于脊髓损伤的恢复。

    Treatment of fracture and dislocation of cervical spine with the single-stage combined anterior-posterior operation

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the application of Axis cervical lateral mass plate and anterior cervical self-locking plate systems for the treatment of fracture and dislocations of the cervical spine.MethodsEight patients were treated with the single-stage combined anterior-posterior operation after fracture and dislocation of cervical spine were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsThe 8 cases treated with the single-stage combined anterior-posterior operation obtainded solid bony fusion and reliable effect,with no looseness of plate screws,no displacement of the bone graft,or meurological deterioration,and improved some symptoms.ConclusionThe cervical anterior and posterior operation can restructure the cervical stability inmmediately,benefit spine cord injury recovery. ......
