【摘要】 目的 探讨胆囊息肉样病变的B超表现与病理改变的关系。方法 回顾分析了68例手术切除的胆囊息肉样病变患者的声像图表现，并与病理结果进行对照。结果 57例胆固醇息肉中有43例声像图表现为多发病灶，平均直径6mm，蒂窄；6例炎性息肉声像图均为多发病灶，平均直径4mm，蒂窄；5例腺瘤声像图均为单发病灶，平均直径12mm，蒂宽。结论 根据超声声像图上息肉数目、大小、蒂宽窄等情况可初步判断其性质，指导临床处理。

    【Abstract】 Objective To find out the relationship between ultrasonic shows and pathological changes of polypoid lesion of gallbladder(PLG).Methods Retrospectively studied the ultrasonic shows of 68 patients with PLG and compared with the results of pathology.Results Forty-three of 57 cases of cholesterol polyp ultrasonic showed multiple polyps,diameter averaged 6mm,with small pedical,6 cases of inflammatory polyp showed multiple polyps,diameter averaged 4mm,with small pedical,5 cases of adenoma showed single polyp,diameter averaged 12mm,with wide pedical.Conclusion According to the number,size of the polyp and the shape of its pedical on the ultrasonogram we can judge its characteristics and provide some useful imformation for the clinical treatment. ......
