【摘要】目的分析猫爪草胶囊治疗婴幼儿接种卡介苗淋巴反应的疗效。方法将86例患儿随机分为两组，对照组常规应用异烟肼抗结核治疗；治疗组在此基础上加用猫爪草胶囊。结果治疗组的临床治愈例数明显高于对照组，疗程亦明显缩短。结论猫爪草加用异烟肼治疗婴幼儿接种卡介苗淋巴结反应，有明显缩短疗程、提高疗效的作用，且没有毒副作用。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the curative effects of Maozhaocao Capsule on lymphonodus-repercussion of baby after injecting Kajiemiao.Methods86 cases were randomly divided into the contrast group treated with INH and the treatment group treated with Maozhaocao Capsule in addition to the above-mentioned routine treatment.ResultsMore cases were cured in treatment group.Cases in treatment group recovered sooner than the ones in control group.ConclusionIt could short therapeutical course and improve therapeutical effect by applying Maozhaocao Capsule and antituberculous drugs on baby's lymphonodus-repercussion after injectiving Kajiemiao without drug side-effect. ......
