【摘要】 目的 研究超声背向散射积分(IBS)定量评价存活心肌组织特征的临床价值。 方法 对39例各期不同部位心肌梗死患者(梗死组)及39例冠状动脉造影正常者(对照组)分别测定相应部位心肌及心包的背向散射积分参数，且梗死组均经冠状动脉造影证实。 结果 根据IBS曲线形态制定评分标准，39个梗死节段中4例评为1分(10.3%),13例评为2分(33.3%),22例评为3分(56.4%)。评为1分及2分的心肌节段即IBS曲线形态评分≤2分者,其IBS周期变异幅度(CVIB)、IBS周期变异率(CVIB)%界于对照组和梗死组之间，且与该二者比较差异有显著性，考虑其为缺血心肌即存活心肌(冬眠心肌)，占43.6%(17/39)，但其IBS%与梗死组之间比较无统计学差异。 结论 心肌的超声背向散射积分参数能定量反映存活心肌的组织特征，因而能检出存活心肌。
