【摘要】 目的 探讨在我国现有情况下眼库运作管理特点，离体角膜内皮显微镜在眼库运作中的重要性及操作过程中的注意事项。方法 回顾武汉市红十字会眼库成立1年来工作开展情况，统计2003年10月～2004年10月武汉市红十字会眼库接受角膜捐献宣传、咨询、登记、接受和利用情况。通过应用离体角膜内皮显微镜检测6只捐献的角膜内皮细胞情况，分析离体角膜内皮显微镜操作过程中的注意事项、检测结果的影响因素。结果 1年内武汉市红十字会眼库共组织公开宣传活动2次，媒体宣传3次；接待电话或来访200余次；完成《角膜捐献登记表》登记18份；接受遗体角膜捐献3例，均为恶性肿瘤晚期患者。4只角膜片在摘除后30min放入Optisol保存液，观察角膜内皮细胞数>2888个/mm2；2只角膜片摘除后2h放入Optisol保存液，观察角膜内皮细胞数>3104个/mm2。4℃恒温保存14天后观察，摘除后2h放入保存液的2只角膜片内皮细胞数降低至1036个/mm2和998个/mm2；摘除后30min放入保存液的4只角膜片内皮细胞数均>2761个/mm2。结论 眼库工作还需要进一步广泛宣传，以提高人们的认识，获得更多的角膜。目前我国眼库角膜供体大多罹患严重全身疾病，生前经过多种治疗，而且由于交通、信息等原因使角膜片的摘除、保存时间差异很大，因此采用离体角膜内皮显微镜对角膜质量进行评价特别重要。

    Some advise for eye bank management and operation of the specular microscopy

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the characteristic of eye bank development;and to discuss the importance and operation of the specular microscopy.Methods The data come from the Red Cross Eye Bank of Wuhan.The number of broadcasting,consulting,register,reception and using of the cornea donation were collected for analyzing.The affecting factor in cornea endothelium examination of specular microscopy were also analyzed through using in six donor cornea.Results From Oct 1st 2003 to Oct 1st 2004,the Red Cross Eye Bank of Wuhan held two times opening promotion,three times media reports,more than two hundreds of consulting,accomplished eighteen tables,received six pieces of donor corneas.All the donors died of cancer and without affecting diseases.Four pieces of the corneas were put into the mid-time preserve media(OPTISOL),which endothelium decreased from 2888/mm2 to 2716/mm2;two pieces of corneas were put into balanced salt solution before transferred into OPTISOL,which endothelium decreased from 3104/mm2 to 998/mm2.Conclusion In our country,there need more wide promotion for eye bank to get more donor cornea.Because most of the donor will be affected by complicated diseases in a quite long time,and the collection and preserve of the corneas varied for communication and information reasons,the evaluation of the donor corneas with specular microscopy seems very important in the eye bank operation. ......
