【摘要】 目的 探讨防治听觉声损伤的新方法和新思路。 方法 通过对试验组(A)126例与对照组(B)117例装甲车辆乘员耳部自觉症状调查、药物预防、药物治疗、饮食调节、强制睡眠、心理疏导等综合防治措施，观察5年并对相关检查结果分析。 结果 A组乘员达听力损伤标准为19.8%与B组乘员达听力损伤标准为41.9%比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)，A组群体平均听力水平有明显提高。 结论 综合防治措施对噪声造成的听觉损伤有一定的拮抗作用，且对提高装甲机械化部队战斗力意义重大。

    Observation on the effect of prevention and cure of audible sound damage to indi-viduals in armoured vehicle crew

    【Abstract】 Objective To delve into the new method and thinking on prevention and cure the audible sound dam-age.Methods From the auris self-consious symptom of both experiment group(A)including126soldiers and com-paring group(B)including117soldiers，we have investigated the measures of integrated prevention and cure for5years.The measures consist of drug prevention，drug treatment，dietary regulation，compulsory sleeping and psycho-logical dredging etc.Results The armored vehicle crew of group A's audible damage criterion is19.8%.We can see the difference(P<0.05)by comparing it with audible damage criterion.41.9%of group B and we can also find out that the group A's average audible level has been obviously raised.Conclusion The measures of integrated pre-vention and cure have resistance to the audible sound damage which is caused by noise and they are of great signifi-cance to the maintenance of combat power of the armored and mechanized forces. ......
