摘要:目的:提高睾丸扭转的早期诊断和治疗水平。方法:回顾性分析27例睾丸扭转病例的诊治资料，并结合文献进行分析。结果:27例患者均行彩色多普勒超声检查，术前确诊26例。20例行睾丸切除，7例手术复位并行睾丸固定术，术后随访2～5年，手术复位患者中3例出现睾丸蒌缩。结论: 彩超多普勒超声检查是诊断睾丸扭转的可靠方法，治疗上主张早期手术探查，对提高睾丸存活率有重要意义。

    Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Testicular Torsion

    Abstract: Objective: To improve the early diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion. Method: 27 cases of testicular torsion were reviewed and discussed. Result: All patients had been examined by color Doppler ultrasound, 26 patients had been diagnosed before surgical exploration. 20 patients were undergone orchiectomy, 7 patients were undergone surgical detorsion and orchidopexy. During the follow up(2-5 years), 3 patients of whose testis had been reserved were observed in testicular atrophy. Conclusion：Color Doppler ultrasonography is a reliable method for the diagnosis of testicular torsion. Early surgical exploration could improve the testicular survival ratio. ......
