【摘要】 目的 观察六味地黄汤加味结合西医治疗小儿肾病的临床疗效。方法 100例经临床确诊为肾病综合征患儿，根据西医常规用强的松、环磷酰胺治疗肾病的不同阶段，经中医辨证为气阴两虚型。将患儿随机分成2组，治疗组(n=50)在西医常规治疗基础上，用六味地黄汤加味；对照组(n=50)仅常规予强的松、环磷酰胺治疗。结果 治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 六味地黄汤加味结合西医治疗小儿肾病疗效显著，疗程短，不良反应少，疗效稳定，值得临床推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Liuwei dihuang tang combined with medicine in the treatment of children nephrotic.Methods One hundred patients who were definifely diagnosed to be nephrotic syndrome,according to the medicine to cure the nephrotic of different stage,according to traditoinal Chinese medical science,distinguish qi yin deficiency,which was randomly divided into two group,treatment group(50 cases),at above medicine convention cure combined with Liuwei dihuang tang;control group (50 cases)only give prednisone,cyclophosphamide.Results The treatment group is best than the control group in the clinical effect (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect is remarkable Liuwei dihuang tang combined with medicine in the treatment of children nephrotic,the term is short,side reaction is less,steady of the effect,be worth to spread in the clinical. ......
