【摘要】 目的 应用高分辨率彩超检测血管内皮功能，探讨血管内皮功能与肥胖的关系。方法 应用彩超检测血管内皮功能，测量并计算体重指数、腰臀比。结果 血管内皮功能障碍组体重指数、腰臀比高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论 体重指数、腰臀比与血管内皮功能有关；应用高分辨率彩超检测肥胖人群血管内皮功能的方法简单准确，临床易于推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the vascular endothelial function and obesity,measured by ultrasound technique.Methods The vascular endothelial function was measured by ultrasound technique.The body mass index (BMI) and waist hip ratio (WHR) was measured and calculated.Results In the cases of vascular endothelial dysfunction (VEDF),the level of BMI and WHR was significantly higher than those with normal one.Conclusion BMI and WHR are closely related to vascular endothelial function,and may play an important role in the pathogenesis of VEDF.Measuring vascular endothelial function of obesity subjects by ultrasound technique is a simple,precise method and can be apply to clinical practice easily. ......
