【摘要】 目的 探讨赤芍承气汤对重度肝病患者TNF-α的影响。 方法 随机选择重度肝病住院患者48例，并随机分对照组17例和治疗组31例，两组均予以综合治疗，治疗组加用赤芍承气汤，每日1剂，两组分别于入院时及住院治疗2周后检测血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)，另外在治疗过程中分别检测总胆红素(TBIL)、白蛋白(ALB)、凝血酶原活动度(PTA)。 结果 治疗组TNF-α及生化指标(TB、ALB、PTA)等均显著降低(P<0.05);对照组治疗后血清TNF-α水平降低具有非常显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)，PTA较治疗前明显好转(P<0.01)，而TB、ALB等变化则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 治疗组对于改善生化指标(TB、ALB、PTA)等具有非常显著的统计学意义，而且还可以明显降低患者的病死率、减少住院天数，对于降低血清TNF-α水平与对照组无明显差异。
