【摘要】 目的 探讨Bcl-2蛋白在滤泡性淋巴瘤与淋巴滤泡反应性增生的鉴别诊断中的意义。 方法 应用免疫组化SP法对24例滤泡性淋巴瘤和10例淋巴滤泡反应性增生进行了检测。 结果 24例滤泡性淋巴瘤中，20例Bcl-2阳性，4例Bcl-2阴性，阳性率为83%;10例淋巴滤泡反应性增生中，7例Bcl-2阴性，3例Bcl-2弱阳性，阳性率为30%。χ 2 检验两者差异有显著性(P<0.01)。 结论 Bcl-2蛋白对滤泡性淋巴瘤与淋巴滤泡反应性增生的鉴别诊断具有重要价值。
