摘要：目的：通过比较单纯异丙酚、异丙酚复合芬太尼、曲马多或氯胺酮四种麻醉方法，探究人工流产手术合理的异丙酚麻醉配方。方法：200例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级、自愿终止妊娠的早孕妇女随机分为四组：P组，单纯异丙酚麻醉组；F组、T组、K组在异丙酚诱导前分别静注芬太尼0.75μg/kg、曲马多1mg/kg、氯胺酮0.2mg/kg。术中连续监测MAP、HR和 SpO2。记录各组病人异丙酚的首剂量和总剂量、苏醒时间、离院时间及术中术毕不良反应的发生情况。结果：与术前比较，P组、F组MAP、HR、SpO2均下降(P<0.05、 P<0.01)；T组、K组SpO2无下降(P>0.05)；F组、T组和K组异丙酚首剂量、总剂量、意识消失时间明显低于P组(P<0.01)；F组离院时间长于其余三组(P<0.05)。各组满意率100%。结论：异丙酚复合芬太尼、曲马多或氯胺酮应用于人工流产手术均可获满意的麻醉效果，其中小剂量氯胺酮或曲马多复合异丙酚值得推荐。

    Protofol Anaesthesia of Differ compatibility in the Operation of Induced Abortion

    Abstract： Objective： To compare with 4 kinds anaesthesia of simplicity propofol, propofol complex fentanyl, tramadol or ketamin , and to research the reasonable dispensing of propofol for induced abortion operation.Method： 200 forepart pregnant women with ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱgrade who free will stop gestation,they were divided into 4 groups randomly :P group was simplicity propofol; F group, T group and K group was mainlined fentanyl 0.75μg/kg,tramadol 1mg/kg,ketamine0.2mg/kg respective before propofol abduction, and continuous detected MAP,HR,SpO2 in the operation, and to note first dosage and total dosage of propofol, revival time, leave hospital time, ill reactivity in the operation. Result： To compare with preoperation, MAP,HR, SpO2 were descended in P group and F group(P<0.05,P<0.01); SpO2 was not descended in T group and K group (P>0.05),the first dosage and the total dosage of propofol, the consciousness disappear time in F group and K group were lower than P group(P<0.01); The leave hospital time in F group was longer than the another three groups(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate in each group was 100% .Conclusion： Propofol associates with fentanyl,tramadol or ketamine for the operation of induced abortion can get the satisfaction anaesthesia effect, in which small dose ketamine or tramadol complex propofol are better. ......
