摘要：目的：探讨高位肛瘘保留直肠环的最佳术式。方法：将高位肛瘘患者120例随机分为二组，第一组采用经典的术式治疗(对照组)，第二组采用改进后的高挂低旷术式治疗(治疗组)，并将二组疗效及并发症进行对比。结果：改进后的高挂低旷术式疗效优于经典术式，且并发症少。结论：改进后的高挂低旷术式能很好地保留直肠环，并对肛门括约功能的影响小于经典术式。

    Clinical Study of the Surgical Procedures to Reserving Rectal Ring in High Anal Fistula

    Abstract:Objective: To investigate the best surgical procedures of reserving rectal ring in high anal fistula. Method: 120 patients were divided into two groups randomly. We adopt the classical surgical procedures in the first group but make use of improved high thread drawing method. Then we compare them with clinical effect and postoperative complications. Result: Compare with classical surgical procedures, improved high thread-drawing has a better clinical effect and less postoperative complications. Conclusion: Improved high thread-drawing methods can reserve rectal ring much better and has less influence in the function of sphincter than the classical surgical procedures. ......
