摘 要：目的：探讨左半结肠癌急性梗阻I期手术治疗的可行性。方法：对30例左半结肠癌急性梗阻患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：30例全部治愈，切口感染5例，吻合口瘘1例，无腹腔脓肿等并发症发生。结论：左半结肠癌急性梗阻患者，只要选择好合适病例，完善围手术期及术中的处理，I期手术是安全可行的。

    The Operation Experinence of the Stage I Acute Obstruction in Left Colonic Carcinoma

    Abstract: Objective:To study the feasibilty of acute obstruction stage I in left colon carcinoma. Method: we reviewed the clinical data of 30 cases acute obstruction in left colonic carcinoma. Result: 30 cases were all cured, 5 cases incision infection, 1 case incision fistula.There's no abdominal abscess and other complication.Conclusion:It's safe and feasibility in stage I to operate acute obstruction in left colonic carcinoma.if we select the proper case and improve the management of perioperation.
