摘要：目的：观察小青龙汤在治疗哮喘急性发作期合并过敏性鼻炎中的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为两组。治疗组42例在西医常规治疗基础上加用小青龙汤治疗，对照组38例予西医常规治疗。结果：两组总有效率相近，但治疗组临床控制率明显高于对照组，差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组肺通气功能改善优于对照组，其血清IgE及外周血嗜酸细胞(EOS)较治疗前明显下降。结论：小青龙汤加减治疗过敏性鼻炎并哮喘有良好的疗效。

    The Clinical Obsevation on 42 Cases of Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Treated with Modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effection of asthma in acute stage and allergic rhinitis(AR) treated with modified xiaoqinglong decoction. Method: 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 42 cases in the treatment group were treated with routine westen medicine combined with modified xiaoqinglong decoction, 38 cases in the control group were treated with routine western medicine alone. Result: The total effective rate in two groups were resemble, but the clinical control rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group with significant differences(P<0.05).the pulmonary function in the treatment group was superior to that of control group,and the IgE in the serum and the acidophil counts were obviously reduced than before. Conclusion: Modified Xiaoqinglong decoction has significant effect on AR and asthma. ......
