摘要：目的：通过健康教育的方式，指导患者自我护理其随身系带的膀胱造瘘管。方法：对30例长期留置膀胱造瘘管患者进行健康教育并指导，使其掌握健康所需要的知识和技能。结果：在医护人员的支持下承担起自我护理、促进健康的责任。结论：健康教育方法有效提高患者自我护理能力。减少医疗费用，减轻家庭负担，促进患者健康与社会的融合。关键词：膀胱造瘘管；自我护理；健康指导
The Health Guidance of Self-nursing in Patients with Continent Bladder Stoma for a Long-term

Abstract: Objective ： To guide self-nursing to the patients with continent bladder stoma for a long-term by using the method of health education. Methods : Give the health guidance and education to 30 patients with continent bladder stoma for a long-term , and guide the patients to learn the correlative knowledge and skill. Result：The patients could toe the mark of self-nursing and promoting under the guidance of staff. Conclusions：Health guidance and education can raise the ability of self-nursing , and reduce the medical cost and family burden, promote the health of the patients and coalesce to the community.
