摘要：目的：用筋膜蒂骨膜瓣加植骨术治疗尺桡骨骨折骨不连，观察其与单纯植骨治疗的疗效差异。方法:将骨折端纤维及坏死骨去除之后，局部给以松质骨植骨并行钢板固定，之后将所取的筋膜蒂骨膜(骨)瓣包紧固定在骨折端周围，观察骨不连术后骨折的愈合情况。结果：手术36例，术后进行4个月至1年的随访，共有34例受访，其中有32例术后四月已有大量的骨痂形成，2例出现骨折的延迟愈合，一年后骨折端愈合。结论：对于尺桡骨骨折骨不连的病人，行再次手术时，进行单纯植骨内固定的同时，取附近筋膜蒂骨膜(骨)瓣包绕骨折端并将之固定，可提高骨折愈合率。

    Treatment of Nonunion of Radial and Ulnar Fractures by Facial Pedical Osteal Flap and Bone Graft

    Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the result of Facial Pedical osteal Flap and Bone graft to treat the Nonunion of Radial and Ulnar Fractures， compared with simple bone grafting. Method:After excision of the fibrotissues and necrotic bone in the fracture ends, cancellous bone was transplanted in it and fixed by a plate. Then, the fracture ends were enclosed by a Facial Pedical osteal Flap. After the operation, bone healing was observed . Result:36 operations were performed and 34 cases could be followed up for 4 m to 1 y. 32 cases were healed with large callus, 4 months after operation. 2 cases were delayed united after one year. Conclusion:Facial Pedical osteal Flap ,Bone graft and fixation can promote the healing of nonunion of Radial and Ulnar Fractures. ......
