【摘要】 目的 总结回顾34例原发性心脏肿瘤的外科治疗。方法 全麻体外循环下手术，完整切除肿瘤及其根部周围0.5～1cm的房间隔或心内膜组织，1例恶性肿瘤予以姑息性切除。同期行二尖瓣手术2例，冠脉搭桥3例。结果 病理证实良性肿瘤31例，恶性肿瘤3例。住院期间2例死亡。其余术后恢复良好。结论 心脏肿瘤一经确诊应尽早手术，合并瓣膜或冠脉病变可同期手术，效果良好。恶性肿瘤尽量予以切除，如果累及范围过大可以行姑息性切除。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the surgical treatment in 34 cases of primary heart tumor.Methods All operations were performed under the GA and CPB.And the tumors were totally removed with some heart tissue.One MT was removed as possible.We performed the MVR in 2 cases,CABG in 3 cases.Results Pathology showed benign tumors in 31 cases,MT 3 cases.All patients recovered and discharged,except 2 dead.Conclusion Primary heart tumors need operation as soon as diagnosed valve diseases and coronary heart disease can be treated in the same time.MT should be removed as possible.
