摘要：目的:探讨筋膜内子宫全切术的临床应用效果。方法：将82例因子宫良性病变拟行子宫全切的患者, 按筋膜内子宫切除术及传统筋膜外全子宫切除术随机分成试验及对照两组,分别施术,对比术中和术后随访情况。结果：试验组术中出血量及手术时间明显低于对照组，术后恢复快,术后病率低，保留了盆底结构，对性生活及体力劳动影响较小。结论：筋膜内子宫全切术优于传统术式,值得临床推广应用。

    The Clinical Application of the Intrafascial Complete Hysterectomy

    Abstract： Objective： To study the clinical effect of the intrafascial complete hysterectomy . Method： 82 patients with uterine benign diseases were divided into the study group and the control group randomly . A comparative study was made during and after the operation on between the intrafascial complete hysterectomy group and the traditional complete hysterectomy group. Result： The time used in the operation , the amount of hemorrhage in the study group are all less than those in control group . The patients recovery is quicker and the complication is less in postoperative . The effect of the sexual life and manual labour are all less because the pelvic floor structure is preserved .Conclusion： The intrafascial complete hysterectomy is superior to the traditional complete hysterectomy and is worth to be clinical popularized. ......
