益胃宝胶囊毒理学实验研究

摘要：目的：观察益胃宝胶囊对小鼠的急性毒性作用和对大鼠的长期毒性作用 。方法：按最大给药法(60 g/kg)予1次/d灌服小鼠，观察7 d内小鼠的死亡情况；每天按不同剂量(6，3，1.5 g/kg)灌服大鼠1次，连续12周，停药2周，检测血液生化指标、脏器重量及重量指数，并做病理切片观察组织形态学改变。结果：小鼠7 d内无死亡；大鼠血象、血液生化指标、脏器重量及重量指数检测未见异常，病理切片无异常改变 。结论：益胃宝胶囊对小鼠和大鼠未见明显毒性作用。关键词：益胃宝胶囊；长期毒性；急性毒性
Experimental Study on Toxicity of Yiweibao Capsule

Abstract:Objective:To observe the acute and long-term toxicity of Yiweibao Capsule on mice and rats respectively.Methods:To give the mice Yiweibao Capsule 60 g/kg once a day and observe the moratality of mice in 7 days ;rats were perfused one time on Yiweibao Capsule 6,3,1.5g/kg every day,last for 12 weeks ,wait 2 weeks after drug withdraw ,test hematology,blood biochemistry and measure weights and weight index ,observe the pathological changes in major organs.Results:There was no death of mice in 7 days,hematology,blood biochemistry, weights and weight index of rats were verified in normal ranges and there was no pathologic change in major organs by pathologicantomic.Conclusion:These results suggests that it is safe to use Yiweibao Capsule in clinic because of no acute and chronic toxicity. ......
