摘要：目的：探讨诊断性腹腔穿刺, 腹部X线透视, 腹腔镜检查等方法对结肠损伤的诊断意义和对结肠损伤行一期手术修补或切除吻合的可行性及术中处理原则。方法：回顾性分析本院近10年来选择性对32例结肠损伤行一期手术治疗病例的诊断与治疗。结果：32例均获痊愈，其中1例有少量肠液渗漏，经引流及支持等治疗于术后19d痊愈，全组病人平均住院时间13.2d，术后随访2～6个月，无1例发生肠瘘、肠梗阻等术后并发症。结论：结肠损伤如条件允许应尽量行一期手术。如术中处理得当,手术是安全可靠的。

    Clinical Study of Treatment of One-stage Operation on 32 Patients with Traumatic Colon

    Abstract: Objective ：To disscuss the clinical diagnosis of the traumatic colon and the management with one-stage operation.Method ：The data of 32 cases of patients with traumatic colon hospitalized in our hospital between 1995 and 2005 treated with one-stage operation were reviewed retrospectively,including effect of the diagnosis and the treatment.Result：All the patients were cured result,among them one patient had a little leakage of liquid intestinal and was cured by treatment with drainage and support during 19 days postoperation. The average hospitlized period was 13.2 days.Follow-up study after the operation ranging from 2 to 6 months showed no any complications related on them.Conclusion：The traumatic colon should be treated with one-stage operation possible,the operation is safe and credibility. ......
