摘要：目的：探讨剖宫产术后再次妊娠的分娩方式。方法：对本院剖宫产后再次妊娠的272例孕妇进行分析。结果：165例孕妇阴道试产，试产成功率为78.2%。选择再次剖宫产107例。结论：剖宫产史并非再次剖宫产的绝对指征，如无剖宫产指征，应给予试产，因为阴道分娩可减少再次开腹手术给患者带来的各种并发症及手术的痛苦。

    Study on the Delivery Way of the Re-pregnant Woman after Caesarean Birth

    Abstract： Objective： To study the delivery way of the re-pregnant woman after caesarean birth. Method: A total of 272 cases of pregnant women in our hospital, who had ever been practiced caesarean birth operation, were analyzed. Result: Among them, 165 cases adopted the vaginal pilot delivery with successful rate being 78.2% ,and 107cases selected the caesarean birth once more. Conclusion: Caesarean birth history is not the absolute indication for the second-time caesarean birth. If there is no caesarean birth indication, the vaginal delivery should be tried. The vaginal delivery can reduce the complications and the pain caused by the second-time caesarean birth operation. ......
