摘要：目的：通过对26例风湿性心脏病心力衰竭的治疗，评价分析多巴胺、速尿、硝酸甘油合剂的治疗作用。方法：随机选择26例风湿性心脏病心力衰竭的病人，在一般治疗的基础上，使用多巴胺、速尿、硝酸甘油合剂治疗。结果：26例中有明显疗效的有23例，总有效率占90%。结论：多巴胺、速尿、硝酸甘油合剂可明显改善风湿性心脏病心力衰竭的症状，为最后的手术治疗提供了良好的条件。

    Analyses Curative Effect Dopamine Fursemide Nitroglycerin Mixture on the Rheumatic Heart Disease in Heart Failure

    Abstract： Objective： Through 26 cases rheumatic heart disease in heart failure treatment, appraise and analyse dopamine ,fursemide , nityoglycerin function of mixture. Method： The patient choosing 26 cases of rheumatic heart disease with heart failure to decline at random, on the basis of generally treating, use the dopamine , fursemide ,nitroglycerin mixture to treat. Result： There is obvious curative effect in 23 examples of 26 , always accounts for 90% efficiently. Conclusion： Symptom in heart failure that the dopamine , fursemide ,nitroglycerin mixture can obviously improve the rheumatic heart disease , have offered the good condition for the last operation is treated. ......
