【摘要】 目的 评估乌藤镇痛胶囊对类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效。方法 150例RA病人分为两组，乌藤镇痛胶囊组(治疗组)100例，男45例，女55例，年龄45±16岁，给乌藤镇痛胶囊3粒，po,tid,4周为1个疗程。风湿液组(对照组)50例，男25例，女25例，年龄44±17岁,给风湿液10ml，po,tid,4周为1个疗程。观察其临床疗效和各项实验指标。结果 治疗组总有效率为89%；对照组总有效率为78%，两组间疗效比经统计学处理差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 乌藤镇痛胶囊对RA具有较好的疗效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the antirheumatic effect of Wutenzhentong capsule in clinical application.Methods 150 patients with rheumatoid disease were grouped into two groups:therapeutic group(100 cases, in which male 45, female 55, average age 45y±16y),treated with Wutenzhentong capsule in four weeks ,take 3 capsules orally, tid; Compared group(50 cases , in which male 25, female 25, average age 44y±17y), treated with Fengshi liqiud in four weeks, take 10ml orally, tid. Then observe and study the clinical effect and experimental indexes.Results The results showed that the total effective rates of the therapeutic and compared group were 89% and 78% respectively, the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wutenzhentong capsule have better effect in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid disease. ......
