【摘要】 目的 研究紫草乙醇浸膏的精制方法。方法 碱溶酸沉法，大孔树脂吸附法，超临界CO2萃取法，含水乙醇-石油醚萃取法，铜盐络合法。结果 以外观性状、收率和萘醌总色素的含量为指标，对5种方法所得精制产品进行了比较。结论 含水乙醇-石油醚萃取法较适于工厂生产中紫草乙醇浸膏的精制。

    【Abstract】 Objective To develop methods for purifying the ethanol-extracts of Radix Arnebiae.Methods (I) pH control, (II) absorption by macro-porous resin, (III) super critical carbon dioxide extraction, (IV) liquid-liquid extraction between ethanol (contained water) and petroleum ether, (V) creation of Cu2+ complex.Results Samples from five methods were evaluated though physic status, yield and the content of total hydroxyl naphthoquinones.Conclusion Method IV is an effective process to purify the ethanol-extracts of gromwell in scale.
