【摘要】目的：总结腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠的各种手术技巧。方法：对156例腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠从切口数量的选择、手术处理方法、取物方法进行分析。结果：156例腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠无1例中转开腹，仅1例因持续性异位妊娠而再次行腹腔镜手术治疗。结论：腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠在达到治疗效果的前提下可使手术趋向更加微创，使病人损伤更小，恢复更快。

    【Abstract】Objective:Sum up the various surgical operation skills of oviduct gestation which were cured by peritoneoscope.Methods: To analyse 156 cases which were cured by peritoneoscope in the selection of incision quantity, the method of surgical operation.Results: None of cases need to be cured by surgical operation through abdomen, only one case which was sustainable oviduct gestation need to operate once more.Conclusions: To operate oviduct gestation by peritoneoscope can make the treatment more effective and the damage of surgical operation more minutely, which make patients recover more faster.
