【摘要】 目的 探讨计血量药物会阴垫在产科的临床应用价值。方法 采用前瞻性研究方法。选择经阴道分娩的足月产妇共202例(观察组)，使用计血量药物会阴垫测量产后24h出血量并观察会阴伤口情况，统计产后出血和会阴伤口感染率，与采用目测法计血量并使用普通会阴垫的200例产妇(对照组)作比较。结果 观察组产后出血量、产后出血发生率及会阴伤口感染率与对照组相比，差异有显著性。结论 计血量药物会阴垫监测出血量准确，使用简便、安全舒适，并具防感染、促进伤口愈合等功能。对正确评估产后出血量及促进产褥期母体康复具有临床应用价值。

    Study of obstetrical application of blood-counting medical perineum towel

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application value of the bleed-counting medical perineum towel.Methods Predictive analyses were exerted to this study. Using blood-counting medical perineum towel,we calculated the bleeding in 24 hours after labor and inspected the infective rates of perineum cut of 202 mature lying-in women who chose vaginal delivery (contrast group). 200 lying-in women in control group used common perineum towel and the amounts of fleeding were estimated by eyeballing. We compared the bleeding amount and infective rates of perineum cut of two groups.Results The amount of bleeding,frequency of postpartum bleeding and infective rates of perineum cut in contrast group were significant lower than those in control group.Conclusion The blood-counting medical perineum towel can measure blood veraciously and is simple,safety and comfortable for using. It can prevent infection and improve the healing-up of perineum cut. It is of assured clinical application value in precisely bleeding measuring and accelerating of maternal puerperal healing. ......
