摘要：目的：探讨胫骨平台骨折的治疗方法。方法：通过对手术治疗39例胫骨平台骨折做回顾性总结分析。结果：39例随访35例，按KDLMERT 膝关节功能恢复标准，膝关节功能优良者30例(85.7%)可差者5例(14.3%)。结论：我们认为，不同类型的胫骨平台骨折采用不同的手术方法，对合并症的准确判断、处理和正确有效的功能锻炼，是提高手术效果的关键。

    Abstract：Objective ：To manage the methods of treatment of fracture of tibial plateau.Method:To analyze and summary with review for treatmant of fracture of tibial plateau of 39 cases.Result:35 cases for follow-up in 39 cases of tibial ptateau.the evaluation of knee joint function recovery was based on KDLMERT standard in 30 cases of the recovery of knee joint function was excellent (85.7%), whereas the recovery was poor in 5 cases(14.3%).
