摘要：目的：观察长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副作用。方法：对入选的36例晚期非小细胞肺癌行长春瑞滨联合顺铂化疗。结果：部分缓解(PR)19例，稳定(NC)11例，进展(PD)6例，总有效率为52.8%。其中初治病例有效率为62.5%，复治病例有效率为33.3%，(P<0.05)；病理类型为腺癌及鳞癌的有效率分别为54.5%、50.0%(P>0.05)。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制，注射部位静脉反应及恶心、呕吐等。结论：长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有效率高，对复治病例也可取得较好效果，对治疗不同病理类型肺癌效果无差异。毒副作用可以耐受，值得临床推广应用。

    The Recent Clinical Effect Observation on 36 Cases of Late Non-small-cell Lung Cancer Treated by Vinorelbine (NVB) Combined with Cisplatine

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect and side effects of NVB combined with cisplatine in the treatment of late non-small-cell lung cancer. Method: 36 cases of late non-small-cell lung cancer were treated by combined chemotherapy of NVB and cisplatine. Result: Among the 36 cases,there were 19 cases of PR, 11 cases of NC and 6 cases of PD .The total effective rate was 52. 8%.The effective rate of those initial treated patients was 62. 5%.The effective rate of those return treated patients was 33. 3%.(P<0. 05%). The effective rate of adenocacinoma was 54. 5%. The effective rate of squamous carcinoma was 50. 0%.(P>0. 05%). The main side effects were inhibition of bone marrow, venous reaction of injecting region and nausea or vomitting. Conclusion: The clinical effective rate of NVB combined with cisplatine was high in the treatment of late non-small-cell lung cancer. And the retum treated patients also got effects. For different pathological kind, the clinical effects were with no difference. And the side effects could be tolerated by the patients. So the treatment method was worth to be disseminated. ......
