【摘要】 目的 研究白色念珠菌(Candida Albicans)细胞壁不同溶解性的β-葡聚糖(β-glucan)对环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,endoxan,cytoxan,CTX)所致小鼠外周血白细胞减少的回升作用。方法 采用CTX所致的小鼠外周血白细胞减少模型,研究白色念珠菌细胞壁β-葡聚糖对小鼠外周血白细胞数的影响。结果 三种溶解性的白色念珠菌细胞壁β-葡聚糖均能升高小鼠外周血白细胞、中性粒细胞和单核细胞数。各组小鼠脾脏指数增加,脾脏、骨髓巨核细胞系增生。不溶性的β-葡聚糖作用更明显。结论 白色念珠菌β-葡聚糖尤其是不溶性β-葡聚糖对CTX所致的白细胞减少有回升作用,是一种很有前途的免疫调节剂。【关键词】 白色念珠菌;β-葡聚糖;生物学活性;提取分析;免疫药理作用
Pharmacological effect of β-glucan extract of cellular wall of Candida albicans on the leukocytopoiesis promoting in the leukopenia mice

【Abstract】 Objective To study the pharmacological effect of the basic β-glucan,acidic β-glucan and insoluble β-glucan extracts of Candida albicans on the leukocytopoiesis-promoting in the leukopenia mice.Methods Mice of each group except the untreated control group were administered cyclophosphamide intraperitoneally [100 mg/(kg·d) for three days] to develop leucopenia.The experimental group were administered three kinds of Candida albicans β-glucan intravenously for six days separately.The peripherial leukocytes of all mice were counted before treated CTX,and 1, 3, 5, 7 days after treated CTX.Results Three kinds of Candida albicans β-glucan can increase the numbers of leukocytes, neutrophilic granulocytes and monocytes in the peripheral blood.The spleen index in each group animal are increased,and megakaryocytes are increased in spleen and marrow.Conclusion Candida albicans β-glucan specially insoluble β-glucans is a kind of immunomodulator which can increase the numbers of leukocytes in the peripheral blood. ......
