摘要:目的:瘢痕疙瘩是临床治疗的难点，笔者对它进行分析讨论，以提高临床治疗效果。方法：对2002年1月至2003年12月收治100例瘢痕疙瘩进行分析总结。结果:采取手术切除配合放射疗法的综合治疗组患者88例中86例治愈，单纯采取皮损内注射组患者12例治愈7例。结论：瘢痕疙瘩采取手术切除后配合放射疗法的综合治疗效果较好。

    The Clinical Treatment of Keloid

    Abstract: Objective: The clinical treatment of keloid is difficult. We analyzed and discussed the clinical materials in order to improve its effect of treatment. Method: We summarized 100 cases of keloid from January 2002 to December 2003. Result： 88 cases were treated with operation and postoperative local radiotherapy,86 cases were cured. 7 of 12 cases were cured by pure local injection. Conclusion： Operation combined with postoperative radiotherapy can get the better effect in keloid treatment.
